Lebanon Tire Collection

Lebanon Tire Collection will be at the Lebanon Expo Center, located at 80 Rocherty Road, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday,  April 11, 2018, from 8am to 6pm.  FUNDS ARE LIMITED, SO PLEASE PRE-REGISTER! Open to persons living in Lebanon County.  Please bring proof of address- driver’s license, phone bill, etc.  Out-of-county persons or tire related businesses will have to pay for all tires they dispose of at the collection.

12 auto or 2 large (or a mix of 1 large and up to 6 auto) tires can be taken for free, so long as funds are available in an individual’s municipality. Individuals will be charged after municipality funds are depleted.

Excess tires or tires from municipalities that are out of funds, will be accepted at $3.00 per auto tire and $25 per large tire (large tire being defined as having a rim diameter of 25 inches or greater).

People may pre-register by Wednesday, March 14 in order to not have to wait in line as long and to come at their convenience.  Pre-registration may be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Email registration is strongly preferred and will reach the pre-registered list first.

Tires must be off the rim, drained of water, unburned, and not excessively dirty.

Ask your regular trash collector/recycler if they accept tires– some may accept a small number per week or month.

Avoid waiting in line to find out your municipality is out of funds.  Pre-registering will allow you to drop off your tires at any time during the collection because you will have reserved your allotment of tires.  (Provided that funding is available for your municipality at the time you register.)  Pre-registration will be done on a first-come first-served basis.  Deadline is Wednesday, March 14, 2018.
