The bridge on Russell Road at the Union Canal Locks in North Annville Township will be CLOSED from early September 2016 to early November 2016 for repair work. All traffic will be detoured for the duration of the two month bridge reconstruction project. Russell Road will be closed between the GLRA Main Office and the GLRA Maintenance Facility just below where Cedar Run Road intersects Russell Road.
